Once purchased one or multiple orders for any Goods and/or Services You cannot cancel or request a refund at any time after the purchase.

If you process a refund through and/or from your bank without first contacting us and authorizing you to do so, we  have full authority to eliminate all your data from our system; any subscriptions you have bought will be automatically erased without, any access you have to our content will be revoke without prior notice.

You will not get a refund for any subscription plan You purchase. If You purchase the NSB Membership Mensual plan, You will have immediate discounts for some courses listed in our Course page. Regardless of the situation, if You purchased the NSB Membership Mensual plan You have the obligation to pay for at least 6 months to be able to cancel or abandon your subscription, if You decide to cancel or abandon before 6 months after your first payment You give Us permission to eliminate Your account without prior notice.
